The closing disclosure (aka CD) gives your mortgage and closing figures at least 3 days prior to closing. It’s the last of several documents obtained from the lender before closing throughout the homebuying process. You will have questions – even if this isn’t your first time buying a home – so make sure you’re working with an experienced and committed agent that has a great team to support you (aka work with me)!
